PC or T5 on a budget.

I'm looking at upgrading the lighting on my 65 gal. I'm pretty handy and real cheap. Are there any options for ballasts and sockets for either PC or t5 bulbs. Perhaps Home depot ? I'm looking at putting on 4 36' 95 watt pc and the retrofit kits seem expensive for what you get. Any thoughts ?

I think you can get N.O. at the home centers but if you want better..
Try Ice cap 660 ballast with T5 sockets and bulbs. It isn't really that much more when you compare what your getting.

If You Want To Go Even Cheaper Try Icap3000 Ballast It Is Designed For Lower. Wattage Applications. I Was Never Able To Find P.c. Parts At Any Local Home Centers Or Lighting Stores. Try Hamilton Lighting Or Marine Depot. I Had Put One Together For Around 150.00 With Ballast Bulbs And All.
