PC retrofit ?

My tank dimensions 36" x 15" x 15" = 40g
I'm looking at putting this 65w PC retrofit in my canopy along with my t-12 20watt NO 50/50 bulb:

think this would work for growing mushrooms? An suggestions?

that is a pretty good deal. you might want to get 2 just to be sure. for shrooms you might be alright. i know i have shrooms in the real lower lit areas in my tank.

If your tank is 36" long, why not go with a 96 watt 36" long Power Comact retrofit?

10K white bulbs look crisp and nice. or you can get the 10K / 03 actinic smart bulb too.

I have a cube tank with custom 8" hood, I installed a custom retrofit kit 2x96watt power quad PC. works great! All the light you will need for fish and softies!
