Picking up my Ninja 250

Ok short ride report.
I practiced, my friction zone, (clutch ingage-disingage) Shifting up and down. Stopping front only, rear only, both. Initiating a lean. Straigtening a lean. Turning around. Accelrating and decelerating. Then we went on a very short ride around my neighbor hood. Down my road to the stop, right and to the next stop. Zig right Zag left and down Morehead rd. Down a mile, and a left. Follow to the end and turn around, and come back home. Its been raining steady ever since. LOL
Sooooooo..............
I put it in the garage, wiped it down with detail spray. Waxed it, cleaned the plastic lenses, Wiped the road gunk of the mufflers, and pegs and anywhere else I could find it. Checked everything for wiggles or any thing that didnt look right.
Came in the house, and I am still obsessing over it. This is a dream come true for me.
Next dream. Private Pilots Lics.
It sure beats getting drunk. LOL

Thanks again everybody. I couldnt sleep late, I had to get up and go check on it. LOL Its dry on the roads now so I am going to go ride it again in a little while. It is just so dang cool.

I went up and down my back roads for a while, filled it up, and took it out on the 4 lane near my house. Rode to Russelville KY and back. You ever smile so much your face hurts? Yeah its like that. The gear is hot, but oh well. I will just drink lots of water and be hot.

ROFL!! That's how I get with cars! One of these days I'll get back into it like I use to be...I've been contemplating a crazy sports car, but was holding off to see what we were going to do about having the baby. Obviously, the decision was made so it will be a while
