Amazing tank!
I must ask, can I buy a frag of those red ring zoas? I use to have them but lost then in my previous tank due to Nudi's and I havent been able to find them again..

Thanks for considering..

Matt

Howdy Marc!!!

Great pics.

PS.....I've now added an explanation under my banner signature. I thought it was so funny at MACNA-Boston when you said, "What the heck is in your banner".

Thanks all.

Matt, I'm really not interested in the fragging & shipping thing due to the hassle factor. The last thing I want is for someone to be unhappy if things go wrong, and I find myself rushing around trying to get it packed perfectly for the overnight shipment and it just isn't a simple thing like it would appear. Sorry.

Curt, I don't care what you say - those are boobies.

BTW Marc,

Let me see if I can divine your lighting strategy. You are using the two 10k's for their high PAR and supplementing them a little in two ways. Some VHO actinics. In addition, you are pushing the blue spectrum in the middle with the XM but moved up to 400W because the PAR decreases with higher K lamps. You are taking advantage of the crossover on both the right side and left side of the XM with the crossover from the 10K's to maximize both PAR and higher spectrum.

If I'm correct, that's a great idea IMO.

LOL!!!

I think that's a great idea that people should consider. It's a lot cheaper (up-front and electricity-wise) than 3 400W XM's or Radiums and you're getting great PAR and spectrum.

awesome dood ...i like your tank :).
i don't know if it's me or if i'm seiing it wrong but you got your vho's under the hm?

I've been over here from time to time, but Chuck never talks to me so I always run home to RC. :D
