Help!! With Pocillipora

I just found that my pocilliporas white tips is actually dieing, why is the pocillipora dying? The green stylo and the monti cap are doing great. What could be the reason for it starting to die? Cal:450 Alk:4.0meq/l Am:0 Trite:0 Trate:5

Doug (Who sold it to me at the dinner) said it should do fine under my lighting as with the green stylo

it's either light, flow, placement, disease, something picking on it, or water conditions....

Flow is right next to pH, disease I dont think cuz it has been fine for a week, placed up right, water conditions are pretty much optimal, I sometimes see my sixline sort of pick at them.

is the PH directed right at it or is it getting a flow that is bounced off a rock or tank wall? you should never aim a powerhead directly at a coral. i bounce mine off the tank wall or else a live rock.

Not really directly at him, but it bounces off the rock its on. If ph is directed towards it, will it kill it?

if the powerhead is strong enough it can rip the tissue from the coral

It would blow directly to it once in a while, but not extensively. I moved the pH further away. I dont understand how this can happen in just one day...

Its looks like my pocillipora has stopped dying.
