I'm in western Jersey. What towns do you hold the meeting in? It would be worth the hour drive to trade and chat. I have nothing like that around me (that I know of).

Depending on where (north/south) western Jersey you are coming from we are about 1/2hr west from water gap and 1/2 north of the Lehigh Valley. The meetings have been in Mt. Effort on RT 115(Steve) and Kresgeville on RT 209(me) so far. We are 1.5 hr away from Philly, NYC and Newark Once you come and meet everyone it may be possible to have a meeting at your place. We are all pretty easy going. We try to have one meeting every month at someones house. Usually Mine or Steve's so far. as we grow we could have it other places. We have one person that comes from Scranton - Wilkes Barre area - we are prolly 45 min south of there. If ya can come july 16 you can PM sryder for directions to his house or I think some will be meeting at mine to follow me up. We usally post in our clubs section (Pocono Mountain Reef club on this site) the meeting date so you can check back there for a date in August if you can not make July .

I posted out here this time to catch more traffic and let people know we are here.

guys it would be great if you could make it. we trade some frags show how to frag and share our experiences. I know I have learned and have saved some good dollars in swaps and give me's. We are all relatively new and want to further our knowledge and care of the reefs by trading. I am starting to get a nice diversity within my tank which is now 1 and a half years old. It is ok if you do not have much or anything to trade we also like to share just the friends and knowledge.

sounds good to me, i dont have any frags to trade tho, But thers one thing ive learned. There is no need to spend 80 bucks on a coral when you can buy a frag for 10 bucks and wait 3 months

Hello everyone. Sorry that I dropped off of this post. I'm interested in coming out to a few meetings. I'm only a hour away, so the drive won't be too bad. Anyway, I have nothing to frag yet. I'm concentrating on fish and hardware right now. I'm building a 75gal FOWLR tank in addition to the 90gal that I have. Needless to say, the two have kept me occupied and broke. haha. When is your next meeting? Can someone send me info, directions, etc...? Thanks again guys...and gals.
