Another beginner questoin.
Are the millions on tiny white critter all over my glass pods? Is this a good sign if they are?

Those are pods and it's a sign that everything is moving along nicely. It's common to have an explosion of pods when a tank is new. They will soon reach and equilibrium with the tank and there won't be as many as there are right now.

How big were the critters you were seeing Don and were they white.

Looks like lice all over the glass. Occasionsally Ill see small white critters that look like white ants. Its so cool, everyday I find something new. My kids just love to find a empty sally light foot shells. I personally would love to actually see them molt.
