hay all im helping my brother do a 20k gallon pond and i was woundering if anyone could tell me a good place to go to get the liner and other stuff that ill need to do this project

There's actually a pond place less than a mile from my house on S tyler st. here in tacoma that last I talked to them (a few years ago) they did pretty good on liner pricing.

Well from what I recall he was pretty helpful. just an older semi retired guy. Another option is Midway pet they have one of the larger pond fish selections out there.

home depot does bulk orders for pond liner for a great price, when i inastalled my pond around that size they were helpful... you can also ask me any questions along the way and i would be happy to help you out

tyson did you go with the bog filter or did you use a skimmer box

i'd persoanlly go with a skimmer, its alot easier to clean. what sort of filtration do you guys plan on running on there?

We were thinking the skimmer box and and the water fall with the filters in it but we are trying to keep it as natral as we can

I woul go with just the skim box, I use two of those and that good enough, we get algea on sunny days but that is nAtural and you will just have to use a net to clean it out.

How do you have you water returning

Dose anyone know what size pump I should go with. It has to pump 40 feet then about 3.5 feet of head

If your looking for fish for your pond go to midway (where I work...) but if your lookng to ask questions about pond setup

We have a little more fish then them, but they have more import koi. Also they do custom pond designs and are basiclly the ferrari of koi ponds in this area.

If you looking for questions on how to get your pond setup there the ones to ask. If your looking for good prices on domestic and import koi, go somewhere else as they are a little expensive.

What kind of livestock you planning on having in it? Thats a huge pond.

It is going to be a koi only pond. That is small compared to his other pond at his house but that one is natral
