Pre filter material

Ive been searching for prefilter material and am hitting a dead end. I need material similar to the round filters that come with overflow boxes or mag pumps but in block for at least 2.5"x2.5"x8". All Im finding is fine not course material. If youve seen something like this around the web, please point me to it.

Thanks I may just give that a shot. It looks just like the Eheim that is to fine but the size is close. Stuff needs to freely flow 3000gph.

Thanks but tried that it will only flow about 1000 gph clean. I had some nice ones but ruined them in the dishwasher. Cant remember where they came from.

A little more looking.. DFS is selling a some aquaclear 110 foam replacement blocks listed as 9-3/4" x 3-1/2" x 3-1/2"
