Precision marine ES100 Skimmer

I am looking into buying one used for $125 with mag7 pump. I was just wondering if anyone has or had any experience with this skimmer good or bad no matter just want to know if I should buy it or not.

this is a great skimmer, the venturi they use is tried and true, and it'd built like a tank. nice simple efficient design. those venturis do work better if you use a high pressure pump.

I would find out what pump (pressure rated of course) that PM reccommends but 125USD is below wholesale, and even used. With a mag 7 that's a good deal.. I have a PM bullet 2 and their skimmers are on the high end in quality. I have heard good things about it, and nothing bad.. call mike at PM for pump reccommendations... Regards, Jeff

They recommend a Sen 700 or mag 7 so I should be fine but I might go ahead and buy a sen 700 for it.
