LOL! If only you knew how easy it is to catch a lot of those fish you guys sell for big bucks! Heck I caught a fish not even native to our waters!!:eek: The picture speaks for itself:)






Or maybe this one a friend and I caught bare handed in knee high water (and that's a 2.5gal bucket so you can imagine how small it was)!

That's what the Bahamian government wants to know. The fish was sent to Georgia or was it North Carolina :confused: (I'll have to check my thread on it) But it was sent for genetic testing to see where it came from. Apparently someone threw some in the water up that way and they worked their way down to Florida and now the Bahamas. They will wipe out a lot of fish people depend on each year for income and food:doubt:

i would just be happy to go snorkeling out over there and see all the fishies i have in my tank in the wild... wow that would be a dream. And to catch them and takem home, wow thats even better. Talk about cherry pickin!!!

LOL!! I will! If I catch anything:) The tide is right just don't know if it is too windy because when it is, you can't see in the tidepools. I'll take my camera though incase;)

Seriously though, I don't think Krish is allowed to import fish to his tank form a source other than the bahamas. I don't think Krish could ever have tangs for example.
 
Well, before I reply to the posts I went out and it was too windy:doubt: But I did find a cool looking shrimp sitting on a ricordia that I brought home. I am going to start a thread in a few for an ID. Here he is...

Nope...Can't import, but we have tons of tangs here. The Atlantic blue tang like Mike mentioned is one as well. Here's a juvenile one I caught which is yellow like you wanted:D.
