I am wanting to set up a quarantine tank while my lf is having a sale what do i need to buy?

ok i have a 75 gall. tank and i was wondering what would be a good q/t tank and the biggest fish i would q/t qould be a sm. tang

No live rock, in the event you need to treat something. It's best to have a pretty much empty tank with no sand or live rock and some simple PVC elbows, unions for hiding spots depending fish in QT. One caveat though is for sand sifting creatures, then obviously you'd need some sand. Lee has a good sticky in is forum on QT process & supplies.

yea like james 734 said if you plan make that q-t tank into a hospital tank instead of a tank to moniter newly bought fish, i wouldnt reccomend live rock.
