Question about coralife membranes

Are the membranes interchangable? I have a 50gpd setup. If I buy a membrane for a 100gpd setup, will it fit/work?

Don is the resident RODI expert, but I think the flow restrictor would also have to be changed if the membrane fit. Many are interchangable.

Correct most are interchangable. You will need to buy the proper flow restrictor. Also I'd stay away from most 100gpd membranes. The filmtec 75gpd usually produces the highest possible rejection rate.

I am happy with the RO/DI unit I got from http://www.thefilterguys.biz and it uses the 75 gpd Filmtec membrane. Maybe a good place to get your replacement filters/membranes from.
