Question.. About sales livestock

I try to post in livestock sales and I can't because I need 100 post but when I enter a the forum for livestock in the top is the note say required 50 post I think you guys need change that or something wrong here is the pic about the note. I hope somebody can explain to me because before I used de livestock and now I can't thank you!!
