Question for Dylan

I have a Nikon D200 with a bunch of lenses and love to take photo's. The problem I'm having is taking pic's of "in the tank objects" without using a flash. If I use one I get a big white reflection back and if I don't they are way too dark, if I turn up the ISO I find them noisy. Any advice for me?
