Im moving from a 48"L X 18.5"D 55g tANK to a 72"L x 17"D 100g

I have a Nova light. 4 x 54w T5's 48"L 2 day 2 Actinics

Im putting in a extra 2 x 65w Power Compact 50/50's to take up the extra 24"

Is this ok if I keep my sps under the Nova light or does the amount of water matter?

Its going to be the same hight just more water around it.

Ends up being 346w for a 100g tank

It really doesn't matter about water volume just the corals location to lighting. So if you place your existing corals in roughly the same distance from the T-5's they will be unaffected, they might be a little stressed from the change in systems though. Under the PC end should be a great place for some lower light LPS & Softies. Show us some pics when done.
