If its Kalk then definatly not, its fine. We are just assuming it might be. If it is you could make gallons of it for just a few bucks. Were just messing around.

Yes, it should be fine.
It's probably just like "Joe's Juice"...
(just like there's all different brands of generic product--like a bunch of "glass cleaners" but only 1 called "Windex".)

and I, for one, would like to hear back in about a week to see how well this "Blue Vet" stuff worked...

I use them as "funk meters". They'll let you know where the build up is in your tank. Don

No wonder the one growing at the bottom my overflow is huge. I have a couple med. sized ones I just cant reach to nuke. I keep a couple of peppermint shrimp to eat the babies and it works well. I had to remove the peppermint shrimp to treat for red bugs recently and quickly had an aptasia outbreak. The peppermint shrimp was doing more that I thought. to control them.

It's very good to know--next time I won't have to drive all over town looking for JJ--I'll just grab that vial of Blue-Vet at the LFS instead...
