I have my 29g for 4months i used to have problem with ammonia 20 and nitrate 20.
I change from SB to BB made added a overflow i did this change 4 days ago.
Everyday i test my water and ammonia 0 and mitrate 0.
My question is shoud i cycling my aquarium again and when i can start my water change ????

It wants to sound like your sand bed was harboring a lot of the nitrates. Are you using the exact same test kits? If so, then I'd let the tank run for another week or so and test to see what your numbers look like
