quick question about half dead zoos

so i got a frag from LFS and it has about 50 heads total but about 1/3 were laying on a rock and are gray and obviously not alive...should i trim them off or let them try to recover or what?

theyve been left connected and in the tank for 3 days now so let me know in case its been in for too long already thanks!

can you post a pic? sometimes mine fall upside down for weeks, they recover but very slowly.

ill try and get some later today, basically they have turned gray and falling apart on about 20 polyps, they may recover with time but as of now show no sign of any color.
