I've gotten some really nice live rock from these guys http://www.aquariumarts.com/
Marty I believe is the name of the guy who runs the operation was super helpful and nice. The rock had lots of coraline already and even some little button polyps and sponge hitch hikers. I litterally took it out of the box and put it in my tank with very minimal spikes from die off.
