It was mentioned to me that rainsford gobies should be kept in pairs. Does anyone know if this is the caser or not.

Second question is, can a rainsford, dragon goby, and lawnmower blenny be together in a 55 gal with 40 gall sump or is this to little relestate

pairs or groups... I've never seen any problem with them in small unmated groups as well. I think they tend to do better in groups too, like firefish, I had a loner vanish after a week or 2. one of my favorite little fish. check out hector's goby too if you like the rainsford/court jester gobies

Rainford's are typically filamented algae grazers so be extra careful to provide as natural a food source as possible. Including adding algae/veggie items for the goby to consume. Also be sure if adding more than one, they are still juveniles, adults should not be placed in the same tank.

As far as I know, there is no dimorphism between juvenile and adult, you will need to guage it by size. Adults get upwards of about 2½" so try ataining the fish while still about 1" or so.
