RBTA split?

i just noticed a very small RBTA (smaller than a penny!) in my tank... along with it (not attached) a bright orange finger very small ... i am certain it is an RBTA. i thought RBTA split .. but this seems more like the big one spit out a piece of itself. Is this normal? thank you
 
They do not give birth to little babies, they tear themselves in half.
99.9% chance of it being a red colored Majano anemone.
