Ok I just noticed that I had a pump shocking my tank I found the problem. Everything looks fine except the rbta.

I took picture before and one now but can't really tell the difference in the pics.

It looks smaller and a little shriveled up around the mouth is a lot darker. Is there anything else I can do, and how bad is it?

i would just wait it out, in stable tanks, rbtas are pretty hardy

Yea, just leave it alone. It may crawl under a rock or somewhere dark and not open up for a week or more, but if the water quality is good and there is a lot of light, they are pretty tough

What are tell tell signs its dieing so I don't nuke my tank? Should I turn my lights off for a few days?

try seeing if it is hungry from time to time. Give it something meaty - ie squid/clam etc. Else like everyone else has noted, make sure the water parameters are good and keep it on the normal cycle.
