Recent weird things and other issues

Ok so we had a bunch of weird things happen on the board today, directory paths changed, user options changed, board crashed out and so on.

Anyway after spending the whole day scratching my head and cursing at the puter I think I figured out what happened. One of our plugin providers updated the plugin and picked the wrong cache control program and then also choose some weird rewrite pathways. Anwya I think I got it all fixed but your going to have to do one thing for me.

If you cant see members avatar you need to do the following. go to settings, then general settings on the left column, then scroll down to the thread display options and make sure the show avatar box is clicked, then save.

Oh and Mfinn, I have 12000 emails that are cached and about to be sent to you new droid, I want to see if they actual explode when overloaded???:der:

Cool beans!! Didn't realize I couldn't see avitars till I read this thread :rofl:. Just goes to show where my head has been the past few days LOL! Problem fixed now on my end.

Here's a step by step to fix the avitar issue like Mike explained.


Click on Settings







Click on the general tab






Then scroll down to the avitar box and select it.
