Relocating Liverock into US Mainland

Just curious to find out if anyone has any info or knowledge on the legality of relocating LR into the U.S mainland. I have 40lbs or more of branch LR (dry rock now) from my previous FOWLR setup back here in Guam and I'm thinking of bringing it back to Seattle since it's been sitting in my parents storage space for years. There's some sweet pieces of branch rock which is why I'm seriously wanting to bring it back home when I head back to Seattle. Any thoughts…? Thanks in advance Go HAWKS!!!

Being it is dry I'd just mail it to the US,. not sure if there are leagle issues as you own it. Maybe talk to t lawyer?

don't know why it should be an issue,,Guam is considered a US territory..but a call to Customs might be helpful.
