Replumbing and pumps

Do you have enough room to use a 1.5" bulkhead? That would give your pump a better chance of flowing properly.

Don,

I am selling a brand new 110gal (60x18x24) Custom IAP tank (one year old, sitting dry). I'm going to sell it for about 15% less then I bought it for, which I'm certain is a great deal less than what one would cost you these days. If you are interested let me know. I would love to have it go to someone from the PSAS.

I was thinking I could drill the overflow then use 1 1/4 uniseal (thats what I have) with a acrylic disk that has 1/8 vents to keep critters out.
Do you think it will work? With a mag 24 or 36?

Well There is a good chance that could work. On the acrylic disk I would think that could be a problem if a wide fish swims by it. It would act like a stopper in the bath tub. Personally I would use a proper strainer to diffuse the suction.

I would try a spa place. I got mine from aquaticecosystems.com, they are cheap.
