Return Pump suggestions???

Aquarium is a 48L x 24W x 30 High (150 gallon) with a 30 gallon under cabinet sump. Aquarium mainly lagoon style corals (softies, montiporas, staghorn...)

I want to hook a return pump from the sump (3-4 feet) to a Wavy Sea device that will rotate 180 degrees on the back wall. I think that with this system I may not need supplemental pumps or have dead zones...

ANY OPINIONS ON PUMP TYPE and/or flow requirements Greatly needed.

I have been looking at the Red Dragon pumps---are they overpriced? Sequence pumps--which model and maintenance requirments?
