I was looking to get an anemone for my nano tank and looks like rock anemones are hardy and tend not to move once they are placed in the tank. Since I plan to have various corals this seems like an ideal one to have. I understand they won't host clown fish which is ok but was hoping sexy shrimp would.

Just wondered if there is anything I should know such as where I should place it (on sand, rock, mid, etc.), if they are indeed ok to have in a small reef tank, and any other thoughts?

Here is a pic of the one I want....

I own many rock flower anemones and my sexy shrimp never hosted it but my anemone crab loves it..it loves to be able to bury its foot in a deep hole..like a rock or shell..besides that it is a pretty easy anemone when it is happy..hope this helps
