July Contest Announcement

It's time for the Reef Frontiers July Contest! This month the contest is sponsored by CaptiveReefs. The winner will receive a $200 certificate to CaptiveReefs - woohoo! The contest is similar to one we've had already...it will be 5 weeks in length, and each week will be something different. At some point during the contest we will be upgrading the server, but I don't plan on it interfering with the contest. I will try and give advance notice on the quizzes. Good Luck!

Here are the dates of the contest:

WEEK 1: July 7 - 13
WEEK 2: July 14 - 20
WEEK 3: July 21 - 27
WEEK 4: July 28 - August 3
WEEK 5: August 4 - 10

WEEK 1: Hidden Keyword. This will be a word hidden in a post during the dates listed above. I will have keyword preceding the word, so you will know when you found it. Search the threads between July 7 - 13th, and send Nikki/NaH2O a PM with the correct location AND word. The first correct responder will win for the week.

WEEK 2: Hidden Picture. Search Reef Frontiers AND CaptiveReefs.com for the hidden picture between July 14 - 20th. You will know when you have found it, as it will be obvious. PM the correct location to Nikki/NaH2O. The first correct responder will win for the week.

WEEK 3: ID Quiz. Nikki/NaH2O will post 5 pictures to be correctly identified. Send your responses to Nikki/NaH2O. The first person with all the correct answers will win for the week. Look for the quiz to be posted between July 21 - 27th.

WEEK 4: Hidden Picture. Same rules apply as for WEEK 2, except it will be posted between July 28 - August 3rd. The first PM to Nikki/NaH2O wins the week.

WEEK 5: Quiz. Nikki/NaH2O will post 5 questions to be answered. PM your answers to her. The first person with all the correct answers will win for the week. The quiz will be posted between August 4th - 10th.

The winner will be the member with the most wins for the entire contest. Good Luck!

Week 2 Winner Announcement

The winner for Week 2 = Macbeth417!! I also wanted to mention psa found the picture yesterday....great effort on both parts! This week's hidden picture was tough. It was hidden on CaptiveReefs website under PC Lighting. Great work Erik!

The contest is still up for grabs!! I am probably going to put up the Week 3 ID Quiz on Thursday. Stay tuned - I will try and post the time tomorrow night, so you can be ready for the quiz thread.
