I second Florida Pets. They have quite a large selection of macro algae and various different plants.

Since you live in florida, I would take a trip to the beach and go gathering and plant species that looked interesting. Cheap, and I'm sure you would have a good time doing it.

Here are a couple more places: Bill's reef - Sea Grass and Inland Aquatics - Tank Raised Algae - they have turtle grass, as well.
