SCWD Vibrating

Installed a 3/4" SCWD wave maker on my 100G reef tank two weeks ago. This evening, I noticed the SWCD was it vibrating as it switches creating a rumbling sound. Has anyone using the SCWD experienced this before? How do I eliminate this rumbling sound,

How many gph are you running throught it? You have more than likely exceeded the flow on the SWCD. When I was running mine off my Sequence Hammerhead I valved it down and that eliminated the vibration.

The Mag 12 rating at a 4 ft head is around 960gph. The vibration started after two weeks in operation. I'll reduce the flow and see what happens. Thanks for the input.
