Sea swirl ???

does anyone know how to repair a sea swirl??
It just stopped turning..
I wouldn't have a problem having the little motor replaced I'm just scarred to take it apart I don't want to break it..

Adam. Replacement motors run like 50. I am sending a 1" in for a new motor and rods for 70. The will replace what needs done and tune it. Includes return shipping. Go to there website and they do sell the replacement parts. www.sea-swirl.com. If need let me know. I set up an acct with them.

Mine has the little arm on the wheel glues in place i bought it from here and it was already modded. Did you dismount it? If so are there loose parts or just the motor out. +1 on fish out of waters comment. Maybe just needs new motor and you can use the original rods. My rod im pretty sure is plastic.

the rods are fine as is the plumbing..
The motor wont spin I tore it apart and it is defiantly the motor.

Oh. Also when I spoke to them about mine they said it could be a broken gear which they said can happen.

some model shops for trains have little motors that you can use I replaced one of mine a while ago and it just spins a little faster.

cool thanks guys I'm gonna use a microwave turntable motor for cheep and see how that works!
