I did something similar with my 90g when I changed stands. I used those metal saw horses from Home Depot. I adjusted the height so that they would clear over the stand. I picked up one end and had my wife slide the horse under, then the other side. At that point I was able to slide the old stand out and the new one in and reversed the process to set the tank back on the new stand.
