I have 2-250w mh and 1 400w mh along with 2 72" VHO actinics.
the 400w is in the center and a 250 on each side. I switched from avalon 10k bulbs to hamilton 14k Bulbs about a month ago.
Up until march of this year I ran the 2 VHO and 2 250w mh on my 180 and I ran 5500k venture bulbs on that till about a yr ago. So most of the growth was with the 250w 5500k Venture Bulbs.
