What in the world is a "Bent Front Clam Tank?"

Here's a few of ours. I'll start off with older pictures, back when they were in our 75.

T. maxima, in Angie's Nano, which is very hard to photograph because of the curved glass.

Here's a couple great pics, of Angie T. maxima, that she took with her Sony P&S.

A real clam display tank is rectangle with the front tilted in at about a 30 to 45 degree angle. This gives a perfect veiwing angle along with no water ripples. Like looking through a photo box. Make sense? Clams direct used to carry them.

Awesome clams Sid! Thank you so much for contributing! That Maxima is just wonderful.

Yeah Don, those are some great tanks for topdown viewing.
Here is one just for you. I know how much you like big clams :)
I sold this one 6 months ago but raised it from 8" to 14" before I sold it.

Frankie,

Looks nice..Would love to have them, but think my large angels would nip at them..

ive had regal, majestic and sevaeral different centropyge in tanks with clams getting the occasional nip but no real drama.

I've only got the one but she's a beauty! Bought at just 3" and has been in my tank for just over a year. Putting on a full 1 1/2" of new growth. Kept under 4x24w T5HO mid level 9" from the lights.
