I couldnt get a reading on my Alk it must be so low. I am testing daily but still nothing

Even with low Alk you should be reading something on a red sea tester. I know they will read at lest down to 5 dkh. Really low.

You may have a bad test, this happens sometimes. If you have a LFS I would have them double check your readings and contact whoever you got your kits from and get a replacement. The nice thing about the red sea kits is they only have to send you a reagent refill to get you going

Here's exactly what I've done and suggest you do to get your parameters back in check.
Water changes! 20% every other day for the next 10 days. Stop any and all dosing! Make sure your SG is a constant 1.026 every time. Make sure you change out the same amount of water every time. Make sure the make up water is the same temp as your DT.
Test the CA/ALK/MAG of the new make up water before you add it to your tank. Then several hours after the change, test your DT. It's a pain I know! But it's the only good way your going to get your parameters ballanced.
Keep track of all your testing, create a log. Keep us posted

Ca is alittle low, otherwise OK...just stop dosing and let the Mg work it self down naturally.

alk is on the high side as well 14 dkh??( i keep mine between 9-12 dkh) water changes are in order i agree with nanas schedule. best way to fix a tank is with water changes. what is the size of the tank? if its 90g or smaller u may not even need to dose if u do weekly or even every 2 weeks. unless u have some major huge sps colonies. just my rant and rave 2 cents. best of luck to you and take what i said with a grain of salt. every1 has their own way to skin a cat.

I prob should of also mentioned that the readings are before my weekly water change.

My LR seems to be coming back to life changing back to purple from the white it has mostly changed to. and my haitian anemone is getting close to dbl in size since i started dosing Alt
