sick anemone?

I have had my rose anomone for little over a month now, today i noticed a brown mucus like substance streaming from the center and it is all shrunken up. I can also see the center hole (mouth?) and a small hole next to it. I am curently feeding it ocean nutritions krill.

picture of anomone ain't great, it was hiding and thats the best i could get. thanks

thanks mattseattle! great pictures, it explains a lot. I guess my anemone was jsut expelling waste. just poop'n...hahaha. It got me realy worried. Thanks again!
