Skimmer adjustment

So I had my new sump with ATO installed today. How often should I have to adjust the water level in the skimmer? (Euroreef 185) I know the level goes down after I feed or if I have my hands in the tank. It's been about an hour since I fed and the water level is still low................. Shall I just leave it alone???

I would leave it alone.
Is it already broken in?
I adjusted my skimmer after feeding with selcon and when it went back to normal the cup overflowed all over the floor.

Yes, it's about a month old. I know if I adjust it, it's going to overflow later....when I'm not around..ugh!!!!!!
