Very simple question, 80 gallon system, need a new skimmer. whats the best on the market? opinions? please.

Not too much will give you more bang for your buck than a SWC/MSX skimmer. Either the 160 or 200 models with do that tank perfectly. Both are under $300. You can get the MSX at Marinesolutions.com or the SWC at Saltwaterconection.com. They both are the exact same skimmers.

IMHO AquaC EV-180! Just keeps skimming, and skimming, and skimming . . . I run mine with the mag 7 and have never had any problems with it. Have had it 3 years now.
