Snails or Crabs

I'm going to be stocking my tank with one or the other. Which do you guys prefer? I have done snails in the past, but in a larger tank they are a little harder to turn over.

crabs suck

I use only snails, astreas and ceriths and a couple trochus here and there.

this goes for both my bb 90 and my 225 with sand.

I've noticed from past posts that most hate crabs and some love them. What's the reason for the hatred, besides the fact that they kill snails if you have them?
