Don't know if you'll find any kind of list like that but the more common pest snails are Tulips, Whelks, Pyramidellid, Olive, Conus, Murex and Oyster drills (looks similar to Whelks).

I have found four or five very small white snails and was wondering if they where lovers or fighters? About 1/16 of and inch

they could just be babies of the ones you currently have in your tank. I get Stomatella babies all the time in my tanks. The only way I can describe the stomatellas, is that they are very "meaty" snails with dome shaped oval shells. I have found these guys are great algae cleaners, but are easy targets for my cleaner shrimp and other fish due to the fact that they cannot retract into their shells the same way to protect themselves.

Do they actually have the hole in the top or are they solid, quite small and almost snow white?

1/16th to 1/32 of an inch grey to white oval come to a point on top like a whipping cream dolop. Can't tell if they have a hole on top or not eye not that good.

If they remain this size or near it, you might not have any problems. The ones I have in my nano sound the same/similar and have not touched anything except algae. Can't be possitive we have the same ones though. Have they ever given you reason to be wary?

Cheers
Steve

No they just showed up one day. I always question something new in my tank. Two weeks ago I found a zoa eating snail so I keep my eyes open.
