I've had a snapping shrimp living in holy matrimony with my two yasha gobies for several years now. For some reason over the past month the yasha gobies have disappeared, most likely dead.

But, now my shrimp has been on the prowl. Last night I noticed he has shacked up with my spike fin goby! It's the funniest thing, I don't think the goby has any idea why the shrimp keeps rubbing him with his antennas but every time he freaks the heck out and bolts out of the cave, but few minutes later he is right back there checking out the shrimp. It's sin I tell you but who can stop love?

Anyone ever heard of spike fin gobies pairing up with a snapping shrimp?

Most all Pistol shrimp will pair with most all sifting gobies. Spike-fin gobies are considered as "prawn-gobies" meaning they are prone to pairing with the prawns (pistol shrimps)

I dnont get what's wrong with what I posted...I just tried a little creative in d
