is the light purely LED with blue LED's or do you have a mix of LED and fluorescents?

These were taken under just LED blues. Its an Icecap moon light tube. No other lights were on.

i just ordered 12 royal blue led actinic kit online, i cant wait till i have that light over my tank! iam going to have to learn how to solder haha!!
