So i went out of town last weekend and didn't leave the AC on in my apt and didn't think it would be 95 degrees here... I got back into town monday morning and found my tank up above the 86 degrees my thermometer goes to and my cleaner shrimp dead. Very sad.

I took off the lid, put a fan in the sump, and put an ice jug in the sump and got it back to where it needs to be and have had no trouble since then. I'm worried though what else the heat has killed.

here are 2 pics of my mushrooms and gsp's. the gsp's haven't "sprouted" since it happened. I think the mushrooms were in the middle of their first split since i picked them up from Kevin in Spokane. they're smaller than a dime now though. Granted it's only been a day and a half since i got it back under control, but still, whatcha think?

sorry the pics are so blurry...

as long as they don't look like they are decaying, i am sure they are fine. they look fine..they are both pretty hardy..i wouldn't worry at all.. u can't kill those mushrooms easily:)
