Still in the process of whipping it into shape... Picked this tank up from a guy who really didn't know what he was doing. Was sold the tank, being told "Its a self contained ecosystem, you really don't have to do much". lol.
Needless to say, it was a train wreck. So much detritus and hair algae, words can't even begin to describe. The first day I pulled out a baseball sized wad of hair algae by hand.
After a couple weeks of cleaning, water changes and rearranging, here it is then and now.

A few days after I got it. After removing a baseball sized wad of algae.
And now. Getting better. (feather duster is new, the pink one pictured in the first photo died/disappeared the day after I had the tank set back up at my house)
ORA Black Perc purchased recently. I love this fish. Forgive the bit of hair algae on the zoos. Its the last remaining bit in the tank. Grr.. DIE ALGAE DIE!
