I went out in the boat last week for the holiday and got burnt to a crisp!:shock: Every summer I go in the boat something happens atleast once to me, from being stung by baby man-o-wars, fire coral last year and my stupidity this year forgetting the sunblock! Here's my back a week after getting burnt. To top it off, a day after getting burnt, a bee got in my shirt and stung me on the upper left side of my back which you can still see if you look really good! Atleast now I know I'm not allergic to bees

Lesson of the day...Wear sunblock if you come to the Bahamas!

Yeah! I've peeled many times before, but the sunburnt part of it in the beginning was bad. I was red!!! :shock:

whenever you get burnt again bro, whip out the apple Vinegar and pour it on your sun burn. It takes it out and leaves you cool, plus you will smell like a salad. May sound crazy but it works well.

Eeww - I'm sorry I ever opened this thread. Actually, it looks like me a few weeks ago, except it wasn't my back. I usually don't burn like that, but I was in the sun allll day without sunblock...and my suit was different . I think you can get the picture. I had little tiny blisters on my chest where my new suit uncovered skin that the old suit covered. *sigh* at least I'm not peeling anymore.....and the sunscreen has been put in the pool bag for good.

BTW - Krish, it isn't the first time you get stung that you'll discover you have an allergy. Its the subsequent stings where your body reacts.

Too bad that wasn't the case for me with man-o-wars and fire coral. 1st time with both sent me to the doctor because of my reaction to them.
