This spikey little slug/nudibranch thing is about 1/4 inch long. Any idea what it is? The spikey extensions blow around quite abit when the hydor flow hits it.

A bit large for one but sure does look very similar to monti eating nudi. They are Naaaaaaasty and reproduce fast. Grab all you can find out with tweezers and keep on lookout. Many have gotten rid of infestations with lugols, but the concentration and time needed browns out the monti it doesn't kill. I've had luck with interceptor dip.

Ive never seen a monti eating nudi that big and unfortunately ive seen more than my share. :( Doesnt have the knobby appendages either

definitely a nudi though and most likely an obligate feeder on one of your coral types

Do you have any white or light colored corals in your tank?? Most nudis usually take on the color of what they are eating
