brittle stars are the devil....when hungry, will eat just about anything they can shove in their mouth.

Serpent stars are pretty safe if you need or want one.
The harlequins stay fairly small. I have had one for 5 years in all my coral tanks.

*pretty being the key word....
I dont even truss some of them when they get bigger,
but if you keep em fed, for the most part, im fairly certain they might probably stay pretty cool, ...sort of.

Agreed. Serpents are safer than brittle which are safer than typical tube footed.
They all can get hungry and will take whatever meat is handy...
