Has anyone heard of or had a Dusissimier Tang fan the sand?

What I mean by this is that he will get under the rock work and rapidly move his tail back and forth to move out the sand! I have even seen him do this in the corner of my tank which just so happens to be to the bare bottom due to this activity!

No he'e just making some safe spots and some pathways. A little redecorating lol

He is a good 5 - 6 inches

Be careful he doesn't move too much sand and cause the rocks to shift and fall. Wouldn't want any to fall and hit your glass! Apart from that, that is a really nice looking tang! Can't say I've seen one that color before! :)

Thanks Krish! All of the rock work is sitting on Acrylic pegs :D

Yeah me too on the pegs. The only way to IMO. Lots of advantages such as flow under rocks, sturdier reef, more views underneath, easier to build on as rocks can be oriented just about any way you want. I have two peg racks that I could move a whole section of my reef to position to my liking after stacking.

I agree Mark, I have 3 peg racks, but there is no moving them now unless I redo the aquascaping :)
