We have a new batch of Strawberry Shortcake Acros all fragged up and ready to go. This batch is much greener then the last one we had, with a few pieces being almost highlighter green. Very cool. There are 3 prices/sizes this time. 89.99, 99.99 and 4 large pieces left at 149.99.

Here are a few photos I snapped real quick right after fragging.

I encourage everyone to consider getting a frag of this!! We got 2 of Barrier Reef's frags, a few months back. Unfortunately, only 1 was for us...lol. VERY HEALTHY!!! Ours is growing very nicely. Several other sites were selling frags, about the same time that we got ours, usually a bit more expensive. However, on several different forums, I'd read that everyone getting them from other sites, were getting really browned out frags. Some of them did color up, some haven't yet, but a lot of them RTN'd, shortly after they got them. The 2 we received had excellent color, when we received them. They've only gotten better since then.

That's exactly what I was saying. While other vendors seemed to be sending out browned out frags, that had a questionable survival rate, Barrier Reef's frags were beautifully colored and very healthy. lvsuckerfish, thanks for helping to clear up a possible misunderstanding.

I picked up a frag from the first colony they had. I didn't wait for it to acclimate in their tanks or for it to 'color up'. If your system is healthy and you give it flow and don't torch it by putting it directly under your halides when you get home, it should be fine.

Wish I had a pic to share as it has encrusted quickly and colored up really nice.

I would have loved to see that colony they all came from!!

Should have come to the sale my friend:) It was on display settling in from its long journey.
Suprisingly Brie didn't take picture of that colony. It's the most beautiful coral I have ever seen in person! I came 3-4 times last week to stare at it. my jaw was dropping and my eyes were popping out while day dreaming of that colony as the center piece in my tank :eek::shock::D

Mine...Mine...Mine..Mine :lol::lol::lol:
